PRIVATE LESSONS 

Private lessons are great for individuals who are looking for a more personalized approach to learning and would like to sharpen their skills. We have an unbelievable coaching staff so definitely take advantage! 

Below you fill find the contact info for coaches who offer private lessons within Westlake.  Each of these instructors works as their own private contractor so pricing may vary upon instructor. They will also offer group lessons so contact each coach directly to see about group availability and pricing.

Casey Bocklet 

Girls Program Director and Varsity Head Coach

Casey is a 2015 Graduate of The University of Virginia where she named a First Team All American and two-time VASID State Player of the Year. Bocklet was named to the All-ACC First Team after being a three-time ACC Player of the Week and leading the ACC with 4.05 points per game. Bocklet was a two-time Tewaarton Award nominee and just the ninth player in Virginia history to tally over 200 points in her career, finishing with 205. Before transferring to Virginia, Bocklet won a National Championship at Northwestern University in 2012 where she was second on the team with 22 assists as a freshman. Following her collegiate playing days, Bocklet spent a year as Program Director and Director of Player Development for Team 91 in Westchester and Long Island.

Ella Thorpe

Varsity and Youth Coach 

Coach Ella is a 2016 Graduate of The University of Syracuse where she was a team captain and helped lead the team to the NCAA Division 1 Final Four from 2012-2015. Thorpe was named to the Big East All-Academic Team, ACC All-Academic Team, and Athletic Directors Honor Roll. Before SU, Thorpe attended Jordan-Elbridge High School where she was a team captain and finished her career with 161 points. She also played soccer and basketball.

Gabby Nesi 

JV and Youth Coach

Coach Gabby is a 2016 Graduate of Vanderbilt University where she helped anchor the defense before a knee injury ended her season in 2014. Gabby was named to the 2015 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll and was one of 13 Vanderbilt student-athletes on a service trip to Costa Rica delivering shoes to those in need. Before Vanderbilt, Gabby was a four-year varsity player for the Garden City Trojans and helped the team to four NYS Class B State Championships. Gabby was also a New York State Scholar in both lacrosse and field hockey.

Alexa Kunowsky 

JV and Youth Coach

Alexa is a 2016 Graduate of Vanderbilt University where she was a key contributer in the midfield. Alexa was named to Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll, BIG EAST All-Academic Team and a member of the ACL All-Tournament team in 2013. As a junior, Alexa was ranked second on the the team with 27 goals and tied for eight most in BIG EAST. Alexa played and started in all of her games since freshman year. Alexa majored in Human and organization development.

Brandi Beasley

Youth Coach

Coach Brandi is a 2012 Graduate of Indiana Tech University where she stood as the barricade to the goal on the defensive line. Attending the NWLL tournament both in 2011 and 2012 her and the team walked away with the National Championships title in 2011, while coming in 2nd in 2012. Beasley was a three-peat Academic All American from 2009-2012 and was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma, an academic honor society in 2012. She was also a repeat student on the Dean’s List every semester from Spring 2009 until graduation in Spring 2012. Before Indiana Tech, Beasley played on the Cedar Park High School team where she and the team won district in 2007 and 2008. Also competing in the state championship game in 2008.
